You would not believe what can be hidden behind this inconspiscious entrance - a rock church, in the centre of Helsinki. My favourite place!

It is called a Rock Church (its rounded ceiling  made out of hundreds of  copper circles is held by a roughly trimmed rock wall) and is situated in the very core of the Helsinki city centre.

Inside you will find amazing atmosphere and hear beautiful organ. It is not as filled with tourists as a "White Church" at Senaatintori, so you can still relax, pray or meditate here without interruptions.

ČESKY:

Říká se mu skalní kostel (jeho kulatý strop jakoby složený ze stovky měděných kruhů je položen na hrubě opracované skalní stěně) a stojí v úplném středu centra Helsinek.

Uvntiř najdete úžasnou atmosféru a uslyšíte nádherné varhany. Nebývá až tak přeplněný turisty, je tedy možné trochu si v něm porozjímat, pomodlit se či zameditovat.
